Here's what You get in the Course

Whether you are debating starting, are in the beginning, or in the middle of the mess, this course can help.
This 12-week program provides exactly what you need to be prepared for every aspect of your case.

Attorneys focus on legal representation, legal protections, and court procedure, but their role is different from what many people expect.

Clients still need help navigating the practical decisions that affect their finances, their children, and their long-term future. Knowing how to navigate the process helps avoid unexpected consequences, while saving you time, money, and frustration.

That’s the gap My C.A.S.E. Coaching fills -

Got Questions? We've Got You!

“What exactly is this program, and how is it different from hiring an attorney?”

This program helps you make informed decisions and avoid costly mistakes during separation, divorce, custody, or modification proceedings. It focuses on real-life preparation—financial, parenting, and decision-making—not legal advice.
Attorneys provide legal advice.  Coaching supports where the legal world and your world collide, so you understand the real life benefits and consequences of your decisions.

Most attorneys do not walk you through the day to day preparation.  This program does.

Is this program only for divorce? What if I do not have children?

This program supports:
  • Divorce
  • Separation
  • Custody
  • Parenting time
  • Property and Debt division
  • Modifications of existing orders
If you are separating without divorce, the process for custody, parenting time, and assets and debt division, is still necessary.
If you do not have children, then you will focus on the other areas that apply to your life, your needs, your goals.

Regardless of your specific concerns, decisions have to be made so you need to be informed and reduce costly mistakes.

What if I have not even separated yet or if I am already halfway through my case?

It is never too early or too late to start.
Preparation for separation can make the process easier and faster.
If you are already in court, you can start where you are and focus on your particular needs.
